WWW Wednesday: April 18

Hello friends! I just got home from writing my last-ever undergraduate final!! I’m officially done all the work needed for my undergrad degree!! 🎉

I was going to do the Top 5 Wednesday prompt for today, which was ideal mash-ups and was such a cool idea. But I couldn’t think of any, so I think I might keep it as an idea for a future post. Instead I’m doing WWW Wednesday.

WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. All you do is answer the three questions and leave a link to Sam’s post!

The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

I’m still working my way through 1Q84 by Haruki Murakami. I was recently sent the Measure of my Powers by Jackie Kai Ellis and I read the first few pages when I received it. Look at how lovely those two covers look next to each other!

What did you recently finish reading?

8603765

Imaginary Girls by Nova Ren Suma. I recently talked about books I’ve read but can’t remember anything about, and this was one of them that sounded really intriguing. I think it’s a solid 3 stars, maybe 3.5.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I have to decide! Now that I actually have time, I can read whatever I want! It will be any of the ones I got for Christmas but haven’t read yet. I think I also might try to finally finish American Gods.

What are you currently reading? Let me know!

      1. Just finished reading it yesterday. I did like the book unlike many who didn’t. For me the female character wasn’t at all fictiously built up but was very close to reality. Women tend to stay in such marriages due to situations, habit, not knowing what would be right, hopes that things would change, children etc. So I could understand why Sal behaved the way she did. For me the interesting part was to understand the psychology of Charlie. And loved reading the way he thought. So I totally loved the book
