Happy Sunday, friends! Today I’m back with another awards post, this time from the lovely Sarah @ samesfoley. Sarah is great and one of my favourite people in the blogging world, so make sure you show her all the love she deserves!
ALSO I think my comments are still going to people’s spam boxes, so if y’all could check for them, that’d be great! 💖💖

If you could control the weather, how would the seasons change for you?
Hmmmm I think I would make them a little less extreme, if that makes sense. Like, I love all the seasons, but I would be okay if it didn’t get to -30C in the winter and 35C in the summer where I live. Also, I would like to be able to reduce wind at any given moment. I hate wind.
What are you reading right now?
I currently listening to the audiobook for The Raven King by Maggie Stiefvater, and reading Columbine by Dave Cullen and Conversations with Friends by Sally Rooney.
If you could magically acquire a new talent, what would you choose?
A *new* talent? I’ve always wanted to be fluent in another language, so maybe fluency in either French or Spanish. I’ve also wanted to be able to hack computers, so maybe that talent, too.
How would you describe your “aesthetic?”
So I think what my aesthetic actually are and what I want my aesthetic to be are very different. I’m a big fan of mixing old and new styles, and I’m a big fan of plants.
What is something you’re hoping to accomplish in the next year?
One of my goals for 2020 is to have half the books I read be published by Canadian authors.
What is your most used emoji?
What’s the best Halloween costume you’ve ever had?
My friends and I went as cards a couple of years ago, and it was really cute and fun!
If you didn’t have to work for money, what would you do with your time?
I think I would honestly still volunteer and do some work. Honestly, I love my current job, and if I didn’t have to work for money, I would probably continue to work for them for free. So I would work for non-profits and things like that.
What’s the last text you sent?
I texted my mom “He’s Tracy’s and apparently she takes him to retirement homes to entertain the elderly” because there was the teeniest, tiniest miniature pony that I have ever seen at my barn and I just need everyone to know about him. His name is Dash and he goes to old folks homes to cheer up the old folks, and apparently he wears a red top hat when he does so and I just.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a spy! No joke, that was my genuine goal. James Bond, but me.
What’s your phone background?
This cute af picture of my dog and this cute af picture of me with my siblings and mom.
