Two Top Five Wednesdays in a row!!! Go me! This week is top TBR. I occasionally do posts where I talk about my Top TBR list on Goodreads, which you can see here! So today we’re talking about the top books I want to read soon. These are all either on my Top TBR list or my 2019 TBR.
The Secret History by Donna Tartt
I loved the Goldfinch and I’ve heard so many good things about the Secret History. It’s about a boarding school!! which is one of my favourite things to read about, so I’m excited.
Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi
This has been on SO MANY of my past TBRs so I told myself that I will finally read it this year. I just need to be back in Calgary, where my physical copy is.
Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier
I got a copy of this for Christmas, and I’m so excited to finally read it!!
1Q84 by Haruki Murakami
I started this last year and want to hopefully finish it in 2019!
Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo
I will be the last person on earth to read this book, but at least I’ll have read it!
So, those are my top TBR books! Have you read any of these? Thoughts? What’s at the top of your TBR? Let me know!!
Yay for Rebecca! I’m excited to see how you get on with The Secret History too; I’ve been meaning to try Donna Tartt for ages.

I also heard good things about The Secret History. People who didn’t like The Goldfinch, loved this one. I am planning to read Homegoing next month. 🙂

Don’t worry because I still have to read Six of Crows as well. Plus the Grisha Trilogy. I feel like I’m one of the few book bloggers who still hasn’t read a Leigh Bardugo book lol.

I want to read Rebecca, too, but it’s not made its way up to my Top TBR yet. There are so many books that I’m not sure when I’ll get to that one, I just know that I will eventually. 🙂

I’m currently about a third of the way through Rebecca. It’s not what I expected – less spooky and more psychological – but I’m enjoying it.

I loved 1Q84 but it took me so so so long to read, especially as I got the version that was 1000 pages long.

SAME!!!! My copy is 1157 pages long, so it’s taken me a while to get through. But I read book 1, so that’s something!

I haven’t read any Leigh Bardugo at all, so you are definitely not alone!
