Top Ten Tuesday November 6: Backlist Books I Want to Read

Happy Tuesday everyone!!

Learn more about Top Ten Tuesday here! Today the topic is Backlist Books I Want to Read! This is a combination of my top to-read list, my reread list, my wishlist, and my 2018 TBR.

Unwind by Neal Shusterman

This has been on my TBR since like 2012 and I really really want to get to it soon.

Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi

This has been on about six TBRs since I started my blog. I just need to sit down and read it (when I get home because that’s where our copy is).

Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

I feel like I’m the last person in the world to read this and I’ve heard nothing but good things, so I really need to read it soon.

A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray

This is a reread, but it’s a priority reread. I remember loving it and want to reread it to see if it’s still that good.

The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman

I’ve read most other Gaiman books, but not this one. I think I’ll ask for this one for Christmas because it’s a nice short book.

The Secret History by Donna Tartt

I loved the Goldfinch by Tartt and really want to read this one too.

Every Heart a Doorway by Seanan McGuire

Again, I’ve heard nothing but good things about this book and really need to read it soon. This is another I think I’ll ask for for Christmas.

A Tree Grows in Brooklyn by Betty Smith

I’ve heard this one likened to the Glass Castle, which is one of my all-time favourites, so I need to read it.

Radio Silence by Alice Oseman

I’ve heard amazing things about this book, and I want to read it soon.

The Book of Negroes by Lawrence Hill

Another book that has been on about 5 TBRs. Will I ever read it? YES hopefully soon.

So those are ten backlist books I want to read soon. Have you read any of these? Any I should prioritise? Let me know!

Thanks for reading! xx
