Monthly recommendations: books worth rereading

Find out more about the Goodreads group here! This month is books worth rereading! I know some people are weird about rereading, but I love it! I love returning to my old favourites. I actually have a Goodreads list of books I want to reread, which you can see here but I also talk about below! Coincidentally they’re also all books I recommend for people!

From my Goodreads To Reread list

Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett

This is one of my all-time favourites, and I highly recommend it to everyone! It’s one of the funniest books I’ve ever read.

Between Shades of Gray by Ruta Sepetys

I haven’t read this book in AGES and really want to reread it soon!

Will Grayson, Will Grayson by John Green and David Levithan

So I know John Green is iffy for people. His writing’s pretty iffy for me too; I love Looking for Alaska but have been iffy on the rest of them. But I really enjoyed WGWG the first time around, and want to reread it to see if I enjoy it as much.

A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray

I don’t remember much about this book, but I remember it being amazing. It had a magic element I think, which I remember being really cool. I think it’s perfect for YA readers.

The Golden Compass by Phillip Pullman

I loved this book (and the whole series) when I first read it. It’s so good and so well-done, and I definitely recommend it!

So those are the books I want to reread, and also books I highly recommend! Have you read any of these? What are books you enjoy rereading?

      1. I am almost sure it was him haha yes, I want to read the rest of the books but there was something in the book that I didn’t quite like… maybe it was the pressure of reading it for school XD

  1. The only book on your list that I’ve read is Good Omens and it wasn’t my favorite. But, my personal list is: American Gods, The Book Thief, the Harry Potter series, and The Picture of Dorian Gray.

    1. I know some people who can’t get into Good Omens, and I totally get it!

American Gods would be on my list too, but it’s sooooo long! Harry Potter is also on my list. I probably reread the series every other year!
