Top Five Wednesday: Books I Want to Read Before the End of the Year

It’s been a while since I did a Top 5 Wednesday, which you can find more about T5W here. This week is Books You Want to Read Before the End of the Year, which I think is a great topic!

The Book of Negroes by Lawrence Hill

This is on my physical TBR and has been on my top to-read list for a while, so hopefully this summer!

Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

I’ve heard only good things about this series, and it’s on my 2018 TBR!

Unwind by Neil Shusterman

I’ve had this on my TBR since 2012, so I think it’s finally time to read it. We’re going on vacation in August, and I think this would be a good one to get on Kindle.

The Butterfly Garden by Dot Hutchinson

I’ve also had this on my TBR for ages, and it’s another that I think would be good to read while travelling.

Ready Player One by Ernest Cline

This seems like a quick, easy read, so perfect for the summer! And I have a physical copy, so hopefully soon!

Which books do you want to read before the end of the year? Have you read any of these? Let me know!

Thanks for reading! xx

  1. Great list! I hope you get to them all (I believe in you) and enjoy them as well. I’ve only read Ready Player One from this list and was sadly dissapointed. I have a full review of it on my blog if you’re interested in hearing more of my thoughts on it. But so many people loved it so hopefully you fall into that category!
