Read-a-thin is a readathon created by Jessica at JessicaMarie, Amanda at ACourtofBooksandLove and Chelsea at AVeryBookishGirl. You can see the Goodreads group here!
I think I missed a couple this past semester, but I’m excited to be taking part in this round. Here are the rules:
- You will have the entire month to read these books.
- The goal is to complete 6 challenges!
- You can double up on challenges. In other words, you can use one book for two different challenges! So you only have to read 3 books in a month to completely finish the readathon!
- They have to be
(should be)books already on your TBR
I have a physical TBR post coming Friday, so look out for that! All of the books I chose fit those books.
Challenge 7: Read a manga/graphic novel (or read a short story/poetry collection)
Book: Hunger by Lan Samantha Chang
Challenge 11: Read a book that is a part of a series
Challenge 14: Read a book with a MC that is the opposite of you
Book: Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor
Challenge 12: Read a book you’ve been meaning to get to but haven’t
Challenge 15: Read a book that was either gifted to you by your mother/grandmother or a book that is related to a mother in some way
Book: The White Masai by Corinne Hofmann
Challenge 13: Read a book you started but ended up putting down
Book: American Gods by Neil Gaiman
Easy peasy!
Good luck!!! ❤
