Find out more about Thursday’s Top 4 here! It’s basically a meme I started mainly for myself, but anyone can participate! Visit this page for the upcoming topics 🙂
This week, the topic is books that remind me of a specific place.
Divine Madness (CHERUB Series) by Robert Muchamore: Australia
This book takes place in Australia, and part of it takes place in the outback. It’s super interesting and I really enjoyed the portrayal of Australia. It’s also about cults which is super interesting!
I am the Messenger by Markus Zusak: also Australia
I don’t know if it explicitly says that this takes place in Australia, but I feel like it does? idk whenever I read it I picture it in Australia.
The Luxe series by Anna Godbersen: New York at the turn of the century
Two weeks in a row I talk about this series! I just really like it and the setting is really interesting.
Dream Factory by Brad Barkley and Heather Hepler: Disney World
This book takes place at Disney World, which is so interesting! I really liked the setting and the concept and everything.
Those are some books that remind me of certain places. What about you?
Thanks for reading! xx
I loved The Luxe series ❤ The ending made me sad though 😦

I actually really liked the ending! But I totally get why people were upset!

I love the idea of books set in theme parks, but I don’t often read ones that feel well thought-out. I’ll have to look up Dream Factory and see how I like that one!

It’s pretty good! From what I remember, it’s not the most amazing book, but it’s still fun and interesting
