Thank you to LaRonda @ Flying Paperbacks for the tag! This tag was originally created by One World, Too Many Pages, which you can see here!
Find a book for each of your initials
My initials are KAM so
- (the) Killing (CHERUB #4) by Robert Muchamore
- All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven
- Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden
Fun fact about me: me first name isn’t Ally, hence the K
Count your age along your bookshelf. What is it?
I am 21, so it would be More Than This by Patrick Ness (I accidentally counted 20 even though it’s almost my 22nd birthday). I have yet to read this, but it’s on my TBR!
Pick a book set in your country/city
419 by Will Ferguson is set in Calgary, AB, and I know the apartment building one of the characters lives in, which is kinda cool.
A book that represents a destination you’d love to travel to
The Thief Lord by Cornelia Funke is set in Venice, and I’ve wanted to go to Venice ever since reading this book.
A book that’s your favourite colour
Okay my three favourite colours are grey, purple, and blue, so here’s one for each.
A book you have the fondest memories of
Haters by Alisa Valdes. My best friend and I read this when we visited Ottawa together for the first time when we were 13, and thought the part about her dad eating fish tacos was hilarious (it’s literally like two sentences but we were 13 so). A while ago I couldn’t remember the name of the book so I literally just texted her saying “fish tacos book: what was the title” and she knew exactly what I was talking about.
A book you had the most difficulty reading
UHHH any book I DNF? I guess the Sunbird by Wilbur Smith. I HATED the main character and basically just suffered through the first half and gave up.
A book on your TBR that will give you the biggest accomplishment when you finish
Anything from my top TBR list on Goodreads, but I’ll go with Unwind by Neal Shusterman. I’ve had in on my TBR since 2012. SIX YEARS.
Thanks again LaRonda for the tag! It was a ton of fun!!
I’m not going to tag anyone specific, but if you haven’t done this tag yet and want to, consider yourself tagged! Tag me in the post so I can see your answers too!
Thanks for reading! xx
I did this tag last year but I hadn’t remembered where I had found it. I used the books I owned at the time.

This is really cool! I think I might do this book tag, but I’ll have to figure out which of my many bookshelves to use for counting, LOL.

I haven’t met ANYONE who knows the CHERUB series. I’m so happy I saw your post! I really dislike Lovely Bones though. Great answers!

Ahhhh I know, no one knows it and it’s so good (in like an entertaining trashy kinda way) and I love it!
I know a lot of people who dislike the Lovely Bones, and I totally see where you’re coming from.
Thanks! 🙂

I really loved it too when I was younger. I tried rereading it recently and I cringed through the first chapter. It makes me so sad that I no longer like the books again.
You’re welcome!
