As of last Friday morning, I am on winter break!!!!! Sorry for all the posts I might have missed since Wednesday, I had two finals within 24 hours so I locked down to study.
I don’t have school until January 9th or something, and I only plan on working three or four days during the break, so I will hopefully have lots of time to read! I thought I’d lay out my reading plans. A little while ago I did a “books to finish before 2018” post so most of these books are from there.
Finish the Darker Shades of Magic trilogy
I read the first over the summer and really liked it, and I have the second one. I’m hoping to read it this week so I can start the third one soon!
Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi
I meant to read this in August, but then I got minorly concussed so I couldn’t read it. BUT we own it, so it should be easy for me to read.
Turtles all the way Down by John Green
Even though John Green’s novels tend to be hit or miss for me, I’ve read all his other ones so I feel like I have to read this one lol. And a family friend bought us a copy a little while ago, so again I have no excuse!
My Christmas Haul
I have a Christmas Wishlist going up Tuesday, and I’ll hopefully read most of the ones I get! I’ll indicate on there which ones I’m most excited for/which ones I’ll make a priority to read.
That’s all for now! What are your upcoming reading plans?
Thanks for reading! xx
A Darker Shade of Magic is such a great series, I hope you enjoy it ❤

Sounds like fun! I miss that part about school, having weeks for break when I could read as much as I wanted. Oh well, I still managed to read a lot of books this year! 🙂 I’m excited to see what you get in your Christmas haul. 😉
