Found here! This month’s topic is oldies, books published before 2010. I cannot believe 2010 was SEVEN YEARS AGO WTF. Because I have yet to accept this, I did books older than me that I really enjoy because those are actual old books.
- The Hobbit by JRR Tolkien (1937)
- And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie (1939)
- the Chronicles of Narnia by CS. Lewis (1950)
- The Crucible by Arthur Miller (1953)
- Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov (1955)
- The Dog Who Wouldn’t Be by Farley Mowat (1957)
- The Outsiders by SE Hinton (1967)
- The Golden Compass by Philip Pullman (1995 – I was born in 96 so this counts!)
Thanks for reading! Let me know if you’ve read any of these! xx
I’ve read The Hobbit and bits and pieces of the Chronicles of Narnia. I just bought the Narnia bookset though, so looking forward to finally reading them straight through.

I haven’t read the last two Narnia books, but the others are some of my favourites!! I hope you like them 🙂

I haven’t read any of these, but I’m really curious about The Chronicles of Narnia (I saw the movies, but something tells me I should read the books) and The Golden Compass!
